The net code for the regular Diablo III client has been completely rebuilt. The effects of this include the following: Boosting the latency of the client system by over 3000ms (30%). Possible buffering of network packets. Refinery checks for consistency when reloading new levels/pets. Refinery persistence checks for consistency at the end of any level/pet. Refinery memory persistence checks using checksums. Players are now able to click on level/pet currencies to place them in one’s inventory.
The main reason Blizzard is removing the auto-download is because there have been issues with players not being able to download the game to their console. "There was a lot of support for auto-download," Pardo says. "With Diablo, the game is the size of a CD, and you're downloading it directly to your console, so it can take anywhere from 15 minutes to a couple of hours to download. So if you're an impatient person, an impatient console user, you're not okay with that."
Blitz’s Zenyatta is now also able to use Blitzcrank , an item that enhances a single-target attack Speed Matrix for each subsequent attack of that skill. A similar effect was added to EtW’s Salva through Salva’s Maycon .
